Refunds: Following event industry protocol, there are no refunds. All registration sales are final.

Deferrals to 2027: Deferrals will be allowed through 12/15/25 for one year, with a $10 nominal fee.

Transfer Your Entry to a Friend: Race numbers may be transferred for the same $10 nominal fee. The transfer deadline is 1/15/26.

Reselling: Race numbers cannot be sold.

Pregnancy Policy: If your pregnancy is causing issues that preclude you from being able to participate, contact tia@runtucson.net.

Packet Pickup: Friends and family may pick up your race items at registration. Race goodies will NOT be mailed to participants who cannot attend the event weekend.
