I will be running my 10th RUCK. It’s a 220 mile relay across the Cape to raise funds for Heroes in Transition. Countless hours of training will go into this event. Last year I ran 30 miles with a weighted RUCK over 36 hours. All of the money raised goes to support local families. Please consider donating to help support local veterans and active service members.
