REM Iowa Community Services – Dubuque offers Home and Community-Based Services to people with intellectual disabilities, brain injury, or mental health conditions. People receiving REM services in Dubuque may live in their own home or apartment, with or without housemates. Goals and hours of service are based on the needs of the individual.
