Refund Policy
Break the Barrier 5K/1K Refund Policy
All registrations for the Break the Barrier 5K/1K are considered final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or weather-related issues impacting the course.
Refunds will be provided if the event is canceled due to:
Dense fog
Heavy or pouring rain
Thunderstorms or lightning
Unsafe track or course conditions caused by weather prior to the event
If the event proceeds as scheduled, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or no-shows.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, registered participants will be notified via email and refunds will be processed through RunSignup to the original method of payment.
