Refund Policy
Willow Running allows for refunds up to 60 days ahead of the races (minus a $5.00 fee).
Up to 14 days ahead of the race, Willow Running allows for transfers to other participants, transfers to any future equivalent Willow Running races, or transfer to same race virtual options (with a small additional fee for shipping).
Virtual packets can be picked up at packet pick-ups with one week notice.
Willow Running does not allow refunds, transfers or deferments less than 14 days prior to the races.
We will allow for transfer to the virtual option of the same race if notified before the race starts with a small additional fee for shipping (or option of picking up at packet pick up with one week notice.)
We do not guarantee shirts that are not picked up by the start of the races.
