Because the proceeds are committed to local community grants, the refund policy is:

No Refunds: Once registered, the fee is considered a donation to Smithfield VA Events.

Transferable: If the runner can't make it, the runner can usually "gift" their registration to a friend or family member.

Decline to Run: If the runner can't attend, the runner is still encouraged to pick up their Tee and Medal at the Fit Body location to show their support for the community.
