Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including race cancellation. While the race is planned to be rain or shine, the Race Director may modify or cancel the event due to safety concerns or natural disasters; in such cases, no refunds or future race credits will be provided. Entry fees are used in advance to plan and produce the event, including permits, course preparation, supplies, and administration. We are committed to delivering a safe and fair race and will make decisions with participant safety and event manageability in mind. Entries are non-transferable to other individuals or future events.
