Description
T&E Care is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families facing urgent financial hardship. We provide assistance for housing, utilities, food access, and other essential support, providing immediate relief when it matters most.
We are proud to host our first annual 5K & Family Fun Run to bring our community together while raising the critical funds needed to continue our work. Every registration, sponsorship, and donation makes a direct impact. Your support helps keep lights on, food on the table, and families safely housed.
As an all-volunteer organization with no office space, more than 98% of every dollar goes directly to programs helping people in our community. By supporting us, you do more than address urgent situations; you provide a foundation for long-term stability and self-sufficiency of our neighbors.

Wilson Farm Park, 500 Lee Road, Wayne PA 19087
Entry:
5K (all ages): $25 early bird, $30 after August 10, 2026, $35 same-day registration
Family Fun Run/Walk (10 and older): $10 early bird, $15 after August 10, 2026, $20 same-day registration
Family Fun Run/Walk (under 10): Free
Race Shirts:
Race shirts are included for 5K registrations made on or before September 20, 2026. Additional shirts may be ordered until September 20, 2026.
Awards:
$100 cash prize to Top Male and Female overall. Commemorative awards to Top 3 Male and Female in the following age groups (age groups subject to change depending on pre-registration information):

19-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70-79
80 and older
Race Results:
Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co. Results will be found at http://www.brynmawrracing.com
Become a Fundraiser:
Fundraise for T&E Care as an individual (or join a team), beat the challenges for bragging rights and social media cred. Top individual fundraiser will receive a plaque award. Top team fundraiser will receive a plaque award and individual certificates. All individual and team fundraisers will be recognized on the tecare.org website!
