We do not offer race day registration.
Shirt size changes can be made by logging into your account in RunSignUp until August 30, 2026. After that we can’t allow you to change your shirt size.
We are working to schedule a place and time for early packet pick up.
Yes. You can pick up bibs and shirts for others. Please have their name and preferably bib number when you come to pick up. If you are going to pick up a lot of bib numbers, please email me in advance (mike.dunlap@hartfordtrackclub.com) and we’ll get everything ready for you.
Parking will be along Durst and Eno Hill roads. Please follow the instructions of the volunteers while parking.
No. There is no time limit. We wait until the very last runner finishes.
No. Due to runners abusing the privilege in the past, we have gone with a general start for everyone to ensure accurate timing and divisional placement.
There are six aid stations on course at approximately miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. All aid stations will have water. The aid station at miles 6 and 10 will also have nutrition products.
There are port-o-johns located at the registration/finish area, as well as approximately 300 yards up the road from the start line. There are flush bathrooms located at People's Forest State Park (mile 7.8ish on your left).
Any runner caught relieving themselves outside of these locations will immediately be disqualified from the race.
Yes indeed -- look out for our announcement on who will be pacing closer to race day.
Yes. Specific food is to be determined.
Every finisher gets an awesome medal. We award prizes to the top three male and female overall runners and the top three male, female and non-binary runners in 5 year age groups.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Running for Rescues, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping animal shelters, adoptions, and more. Volunteers from Running for Rescues will be manning all the aid stations (make sure to thank them as you run). There will also be a Running for Rescues Table near the registration / food area where you can learn more about this organization.
We are no longer able to offer refunds, transfers or deferrals. If you are unable to run the race, we are happy to provide you with a receipt for a charitable donation in the amount of your race registration fee. Please consider taking advantage of insurance that is offered during registration.
No. The roads have no shoulder and there will be traffic, so in an abundance of caution we will not allow strollers.
