You'll be working the registration tables! This task includes handing out athlete t-shirts, bibs, and instructing athletes where the start of the race is.

Please note we will be following all state requirements and CDC guidelines so we will not be able to finalize exactly how this process will work until closer to race day.

Aid Station Volunteer High Priority

Details

Aid stations are an awesome place to see the field! Hand out water, sports drink and gels to athletes as they are on their way. You'll be responsible for filling cups, handing items out to athletes as they run by, and cleaning up the trash (cups, gel wrappers, etc.)

Please note we will be following all state requirements and CDC guidelines so we will not be able to finalize exactly how this process will work until closer to race day.

Location

Miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 of the Hogsback race course.

Finish Line Medium Priority

Details

Helping athletes once they are done! This task includes handing out water and medals to registered runners.

Parking Coordinator Medium Priority

Details

Help athletes and spectators park at the reservoir. A great way to help out on race morning before cheering your athlete across the finish line!

Post-Race Food Medium Priority

Details

This task involves turning the registration station into the post-race food area, as well as serving athletes their well-earned post-race goods.

Clean-up Medium Priority

Details

Help us break everything down: from pop-up tents, to taking trash to our dumpster, and loading everything back up in our van. Our goal is to leave the area better than we found it.

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.
