Refund Policy
RRCA Convention refunds (less $25 processing fee) are available until April 1, 2024.
RRCA Coaching Level I Certification Cohort and RRCA Coaching Level II In-Person Session can receive a partial refund (RRCA withholds $50 processing fee) until April 15, 2024. After April 15, 2024, no refunds or transfers will be provided.
Email execdir@rrca.org if you need to transfer a registration to a different member of your organization.
