Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise that may prevent you from participating in the Gibbet Hill Cattle Run. If you are unable to participate, please contact us directly and we will gladly consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that after July 15th, participant t-shirts and event materials will have already been ordered. Refund requests made after that date may be considered for a partial refund rather than a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding and your continued support of the Gibbet Hill Cattle Run and the organizations it benefits. Webber Restaurant Group fully sponsors all operational costs associated with the event, allowing 100% of funds raised through the Cattle Run to benefit our charitable partners.
