Fun Run donations represented 25% of our general operating expenses for 2014. Those funds helped our efforts in creating protections for landowners facing oil and gas development, and educating our communities on oil and gas development to protect our clean water, air, and agricultural way of life.
We held events about working with our local and state governments for new policies, and also attended the Legislature to advocate for best practices concerning oil and gas development, and attended Montana Board of Oil & Gas Conservation meetings.
We are continuing to work for appropriate policy that considers water a priority in our county in the face of oil and gas development.
