Cancellation/Refund policy

Race insurance is available through RunSignUp.com. Refund requests for any reason (including injuries or illness) will be process as follows:
61 days or more - 90% or 90% race credit for following year
45 - 60 days - 75% or 75% race credit for following year
15-44 days - 50% or 50% race credit for following year
Less than 15 days - No Refunds (unless you have purchased race insurance-please see Runsignup.com for conditions)
No refunds will be given for natural disasters or acts of god which may occur within 30 days of the event.
This event follows Trail Sisters certification for pregnancy and post-partum race entry deferrals. Please contact the Race director for more information.
