1. 15-Minute Grace Period: A full refund is available if requested within 15 minutes of registration confirmation, allowing you to easily correct checkout or payment errors.

2. Bib Transfers: If you cannot attend after the grace period, you may transfer your entry to another runner. This must be completed via the official platform before the transfer deadline.

3. Weather, Force Majeure & Discretion: Past the 15-minute window, all sales are final under a strict no-refund policy. This applies to any cancellations, postponements, or route changes due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or force majeure events beyond our control. Exceptional refund requests for personal emergencies will be reviewed case-by-case entirely at the organizer's discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or a refund.
