After closely monitoring the forecast and the projections for the storm coming this weekend to New England, I feel it is the right and most responsible decision to postpone the Vaquerun Boston Social 5K.

This is not the news I wanted to share, today. We’ve been working for months to bring this experience to life, and I know so many of you have been looking forward to this Sunday.

Unfortunately, the weather is completely out of our control — and the safety of our runners, volunteers, Sheriffs, staff, partners, and entire Vaquerun community has to COME FIRST❤️

The good news is that we are already working with the authorities on a new date. 🤠🐎 We’re working through the final details now, and I hope to announce the new date no later than this Sunday.

I will also be sending a message later today with more information and details regarding the postponement. Please keep an eye on your inbox and remember that the only official sources for Vaquerun Boston updates are:
