All Miles That Matter 5K registrations, donations, processing fees, shipping fees, and optional purchases are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to participate in person, you may transfer your registration to another participant or switch to the Virtual 5K through RunSignup by April 23, 2027. Transfers must be completed through the official RunSignup process, and the participant is responsible for any applicable fees. Bibs may not be transferred informally.

The event may be postponed, modified, or canceled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, government requirements, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the Foundation’s control. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

The Foundation may review exceptional situations individually, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, or deferral.
