How many people per team? 

Teams can be up to 48 people. Only one walker or runner at a time. Switches/changes will take place in front of the John A. Lejeune Masonic Lodge. To be eligible for awards and prizes, mileage and start/finish times must be verified via GPS data.  

 

What is the course? 

There is a short lap around a third of a mile and a longer lap nearly 1.5 miles. Both are within the Town of Quantico and do not go passed the railroad tracks. The race director will post a map of both options on the event Facebook page. Walkers and runners are able to switch up their route/direction at their discretion.   

 

Where do we start? 

Everyone will walk the ceremonial first lap (short version), which will be open to the public, together as one group. We will start in front of the John A. Lejeune Masonic Lodge, which will keep its doors open for all participants the entire 24 hours. Once the ceremonial first lap is complete, participants can continue the route or head toward Raftelis Park. There are only a few turns, but all will be marked.
