Sequence of Events on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024:
3:00 p.m. – Packet pickup opens at designated Fleet Fleet stores 
7:00 p.m. – Packet pickup closes at designated Fleet Fleet stores 
(Locations currently only include Fredericksburg & Woodbridge) 

Sequence of Events on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024:

11:00 a.m. – Packet pickup and vendor booths open (base access must be secured prior to the event at the Visitor Control Center)
11:50 a.m. – Welcome comments by Race Director and Mayor 
11:55 a.m. – National Anthem
12:00 p.m. – Ceremonial first lap (open to the public) 

12:05 p.m. – Official start for all participants 

***Midnight – Free pizza party for 24-hour walkers/runners, courtesy of Dominos 
***6:00 a.m. – Free pancake breakfast for walkers/runners plus fruit, courtesy of First Command

12:00 p.m. – Ceremonial last lap (open to the public)
