Refund Policy
The Race Director(DASH Multisport, LLC), or any other event production entity(The ARC of Warren County, Mountain Lake Fire Co., Oxford Rescue Squad, Independence First Aid Squad, Liberty Township) in its sole discretion, may delay, modify, or cancel the Event for any reason, including if it believes the conditions on the race day are unsafe. In the event the race is delayed, modified, or cancelled, due to any unexpected weather or the elements that may deem the race course conditions unsafe, or any other cause beyond the control of Race Director, including participant personal issues and unable to attend, there shall be no refund of entry fee or any other costs incurred in connection with the Event. All Sales are final.
