The "Hidden Gem" of TRIATHLONS!
This sprint triathlon has been called "the hidden gem" of NJ races. It tours the surrounding area of Mountain Lake in Liberty Township, New Jersey. After a 1/4 mile swim in the pristine lake, get ready for some ups and downs in the 15 mile bike ride. Then finish off on the 3 mile run giving a view from each angle of the lake.This race can be done as an individual or as relay team of 3. And new to the race day events is a 3 mile run that will start just after the triathlon and follow the same course for the run as the triathlon does!

Mountain Lake
Over 12,000 years old, Mountain Lake is the largest glacial lake in Warren County, approximately 122 acres. Mountain Lake is surrounded by Jenny Jump State Forest, preserved space, and a small community. This unique area is home to a glacial peat bog with unique plants, recognized as an important bird and birding area, includes a large diversity with native plants and trees, and provides numerous outdoor recreation opportunities.
DASH Multisport
DASH Multisport is a race company designed to organize, manage, and assist with all aspects of events such as triathlons and road races. We provide all necessary services from creating distances and locations, fundraising and sponsorship packages, to managing race day. Our goal is to help you have a successful event and to produce the best race experience for beginners to intermediate runners, bikers, and swimmers from northwestern New Jersey and Northeastern Pennsylvania areas.
DASH also has the ability to assist with various types of others events ranging from golf outings to fundraising tournaments and alumni games. So if you’re in the process of starting this type of event and could use some help, don’t wait any longer ……. DASH !!
