Packet pick-up is scheduled on Friday 4/5 from 3pm-7pm at WCU’s Health and Human Sciences Building, room 204. The address for the building is 3971 Little Savannah Road, Cullowhee, NC 28723. Please note that packet pick-up will not be available before 3pm. Race day packet pick-up is ONLY available from 6:30am-7:30am in the Campus Recreation Center at WCU. Please be sure to get to campus early to park and have your packet picked up on time.
Are you unable to pick up your packet? We understand. Have a friend or family member pick up your packet for you by completing a proxy form. Proxy forms must be completed in order for someone else to pick up your packet! This form has been sent via email to all registered runners, but please email us if you need a new copy.
