Refund Policy
Unless the event is postponed or cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no refunds or partial refunds. If the race is postponed due to COVID or some other pandemic, registrants will be transferred to the new date. If the meet is cancelled, race director may be able to provide a discount code for the following year, but it might not cover 100% of the following year's registration fee. Even in cases where the event is cancelled, expenses were likely still incurred for venue deposits, finish line and results management company payments, vendor payments, etc.
