Refund Policy
Refunds are conditional and depend on your spot being filled from the waitlist. Refunds are not automatic. The percentage (0%–80%) is based on when a replacement runner registers, not when you request withdrawal. No refunds if your spot isn’t filled. No transfers or standard deferrals (limited hardship deferrals possible—contact us).
