Yes, Blizzard.
(Just ask anyone who ran it in 1999).
We are Mainers and former cross country runners.
The race does not offer refunds.
*** Packets, shirts and steins not picked up before race time will be sold and the monies donated to Habitat for Humanity. It isn't feasible for the race to mail the items that aren't picked up. ***
