CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
JAN 8
- MAY 31 | Canceled registrations will be charged a $49 cancellation fee per registration, minus the initial RunSignUp processing fee.
JUN 1 - AUG 15 | Canceled registrations will be charged a $99 cancellation fee per registration, minus the initial RunSignUp processing fee.
AUG 16 - SEP 10 | Canceled registrations will be refunded 50% of the ticket price per registrant, minus the initial RunSignUp processing fee.
AFTER SEP 10 | NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DEFERRAL POLICY
JAN 8 - AUG 15 | Registrants may defer their 2026 registration to The Burn 2027, and will be charged a $99 deferral fee per registration.
After AUG 15, 2026 no deferrals will be offered.
Deferrals are only valid for one year. No subsequent deferrals (deferrals for multiple years) are allowed.
After DEC 31, 2026: Registrants who have deferred from 2026 to 2027 will be subject to the 2027 Cancellation and Refund Policy.
