Refund Policy
Entry fees are non - refundable.
Once you register, you will not receive a refund if you can not participate.
We do not issue refunds if the event is canceled due to circumstances out of our control such as: Acts of God, weather conditions, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, etc.
The ONLY exception made is for active military personnel who submit deployment papers to us showing they will not be able to attend the event. Please do not contact us with any other "special" circumstances. By entering your initials during registration you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Participants have the option to purchase race insurance through the registration site. Please read the policy when purchasing as this is not a policy through Rocket City Marathon and we do not have any say in what the policy will cover.
Finally, YOU may complete a gift transfer to someone else before September 1, 2025. This must be done on your end through your profile on run sign up.
