If, for any reason, a registered participant cancels their participation in the race after they sign up, they will not be granted a refund.

This event is committed to mitigating hazardous human impacts, such as by following CDC guidelines of and objectively observing air quality (eg, due to wild fires). This may amount to cancellation of the event, or offering priority entry for next season's edition of the event to participants who elect out for objective health-related concerns.
