Refund Policy
We recognize the uncertainty about future large events such as the Donate Life Texas 2nd Chance Run. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our participants and community.
There are no race registration refunds if the race is cancelled. Due to the nature of the event the race cannot be moved to another date.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
The race will take place rain or shine. However, in the event of inclement weather (tornadoes, hail, thunder and lightning,) we reserve the right to cancel.
COVID-19
We know that it's important to have as much information at your disposal as possible before deciding to attend an event, and we want you to know exactly what your options will be should the 2022 in-person race not be able to take place as originally planned. If we are forced to cancel the in-person race due to COVID-19, all registrants will be transferred to the virtual event and participate from wherever you are.
