Conveniently located on the campus of Trinity Health Muskegon, McAuley Rehabilitation and Wellness is a post-acute rehabilitation senior community offering private rooms to our guests so they may heal with the support of therapy, high clinical staffing ratios, pastoral services, and in-house physician services. McAuley Rehabilitation and Wellness offers therapy services seven days per week and master's trained social workers work tirelessly to ensure a safe discharge occurs.
Integrated into Trinity Health for continuity of care, McAuley Rehabilitation and Wellness works side-by-side with hospital discharge planners to ensure our patients experience a smooth transition as they begin their healing transformation.
