Volunteers will assist in tearing down all areas of the Start/Finish area. Volunteers will be moving boxes and tables. It is recommended that you are able to lift 25 lbs.

Volunteers will assist in distributing post-race food and snacks to runners as they cross the finish line. Overflow will help with other finish line tasks, such as handing out medals. Volunteers will be moving boxes and tables. It is recommended that you are able to lift 25 lbs.

Volunteers will assist in setting up all areas of the expo before packet pickup begins on Friday afternoon.

Volunteers will assist in tearing down following the race expo on Friday afternoon. This crew will also assist in setting up the finish line in the same area (Heritage Landing). Volunteers will be moving boxes and tables. It is recommended that you are able to lift 25 lbs.

Details

Assist runners with getting bibs, shirts, and race information on Friday afternoon as well as on Saturday morning for any day-of pickups or registrations. This position does require a smartphone with the ability to use your data- volunteers will be using Run Sign Up app to check in runners as they pick up race packets.

Details

Course Marshalls will directing/assisting/cheering on the runners
and walkers along all three courses. Course marshals will be informed on race information, key concerns, and tasks for the position they are assigned when they pick up their safety gear.

After meeting at Heritage Landing, course setup volunteers will help in setting up directional signs, feather banners, aid station supplies, and other course materials along each of the routes the racers will be running along.
