5K Run + Training Camp

Prepare for race day with our Seaway 5k Training Camp, hosted by Run Muskegon. Running May 5 through June 25, participants meet Tuesdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 8:30AM at Beachwood Park with guidance from a certified coach and experienced local runners. Choose the Beginner track if you’re new to racing, or Performance to chase a personal record. This registration also includes entry to the Seaway 5k.

If cost is a barrier, please reach out to the Muskegon YMCA at info@muskegonymca.org to explore scholarship opportunities and make joining the camp possible for you.

1.2k Kids Fun Run

Free and open to children 10 and under, this fun 1.2k loop around Heritage Landing takes place on Friday evening right after our Race Expo. Parents are required to be present at the start/finish line. Come cheer on your little movers and get the whole family in on the action!
