Refund Policy
Entry fees for the Pikes Peak Marathon are non-refundable. The non-refund policy includes any cancellation of the race due to any circumstances beyond the control of the race organization. (Including, but not limited to, cancellation due to pandemic, forest fire, flood, etc)
Before July 31st, runners may defer their 2024 entry to 2025 for any reason. There is a $25 fee to defer your entry.
Runners may request a FREE special circumstances deferment for the following:
* Military Deployments/TDY/PCS/etc. for either the registered runner or his/her spouse
* If the registered runner becomes pregnant
Email the race registrar at registrar@pikespeakmarathon.org to initiate a special circumstances deferment process.
Runners are strongly encouraged to purchase the optional race insurance at checkout to protect against their inability to participate due to injury, illness (including covid), family emergency, or job-related issues that are beyond their control.
