Refund Policy
There are no refunds available for Red Coyote Running & Fitness events. We are happy to defer your registration to the following year or facilitate a transfer to another Red Coyote upcoming event.
Entries are not transferrable to another person.
Depending on situation there may be no make-up date scheduled in the event a race is cancelled due to weather or natural disasters. It is important to note that if you arrive at the start line more than five minutes after the start of the race you will not be permitted to begin.
We are pleased to announce that optional race insurance is available during the registration process made available by AGA. Should you need to file a claim you can refer to https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000073422-claiming-event-insurance for information on how to proceed. Race insurance is offered by a third party and Red Coyote Running & Fitness has no oversight or ability to manage or intervene with claims.
