Refund Policy
The Gold Nugget Triathlon will not issue refunds or deferrals for any reason.
Planning and developing an athletic event that ensures adequate support and supplies for participants is difficult. We rely on the registration information for an accurate participant count. Because this is vital to the success of our events, there will be no refunds once a registration has been processed.
Due to shipping timelines and supply chain issues all swag must be ordered by mid-March to assure arrival of items in time for the event. Virtual racers who register on or before March 14, 2025 and live outside Anchorage bowl, your packet will be mailed between May 9-15, 2025. If you register after March 15, 2025, your packets will be mailed out no later than June 8, 2025. See the virtual page of the GNT website for virtual swag shipping details.
