Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. The registration fee contributes significantly to event organization; thus, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance. Even if the event is canceled due to forces beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. However, we will make every effort to communicate with participants and explore alternative options, such as deferral to a future event or virtual participation. Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
