Your participation in JackFest raises funds for two critical organizations that keep families together as they face serious childhood illnesses: the Ronald McDonald House of Charlottesville and the pediatric oncology program at the University of Virginia Children’s Hospital.
Our local Ronald McDonald House serves hundreds of families each year, providing lodging, meals, transportation, and a community of support as they travel far from home for critical medical care here in Charlottesville. While the average length of stay is several weeks, many families stay much longer.
The list below shows how your donation helps the Ronald McDonald House, where over 75% of the operating budget is supported by individual and corporate donations.
$15 – One audio book credit for a family
$25 – One day of snacks & coffee for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House
