Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the event, where 100% of the proceeds are being split equally between the Ronald McDonald House of Charlottesville and the pediatric oncology program at the University of Virginia's Children Hospital, we will not be issuing refunds if we have to cancel the event due to severe weather. If it rains, we'll still have the event, and only lightning would cancel it. In that rare instance, we would allow each participant to carry over their registration to 2025.
