Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee to account for associated credit card and RunSignUp.com fees that we have already paid on your behalf. Conditional refunds are offered up until February 15, 2020, after which no refunds are offered. Conditional refund means that when another person registers for the race to, in essence, fill your spot, your refund will issued. If no person signs up between the time your refund is requested and the refund cutoff date, your refund will not be issued. Refunds are issued on a first-come first-serve basis.
