As an owner you'll receive monthly accounting statements showing the performance of your property. You'll also have access to the online owners portal so you can see any account activity in real time. We also offer quarterly property inspections that will help you keep an eye on your property so you will know that it's being managed properly and is being well cared for.
Tenants
We offer a wide range of homes throughout the Memphis Metro area, including spacious single family homes and cozy, small apartments. You'll find all of our homes to be professionally maintained with great attention to detail that sets our homes apart from the rest. We also offer a 24 hour maintenance line to promptly handle emergencies.
