Grind City Hero Run

All proceeds benefit K9 Direction Service Dog Training. We're a 501c3 organization that provides service dogs for the disabled in she Memphis/Shelby County area. Our 10K race is for the serious runner. Come train for longer races, or just come run! Race route is 100% paved. All participants will receive a race t-shirt, a customized race bib and a special finisher's medal.
First & second place finishers will receive commemorative plaques. This race will be timed.

Our 1K race is meant to provide an opportunity for non-runners to participate. This event is disabled-friendly & pet friendly. Race route is 100% paved and level enough for wheelchairs. All participants will receive a race t-shirt, a customized race bib and a special finisher's medal. First & second place finishers will receive commemorative plaques. This race will NOT be timed.

NOTICE: This registration is only available for registrants who already have an approved sponsor in place. Anyone who registers as a Sponsored Participant but is found not to have an approved sponsor will be removed from the event and asked to register for a different event.
