Wood's High Mountain Distillery, located in downtown Salida, opened its tasting room and distillery to the public in 2012. Wood's High Mountain Distillery produces small batch whiskey, gin, and vodka, along with ready to drink canned cocktails.
The distillery was founded by brothers PT and Lee Wood with the goal to bottle their passion for outdoor adventures into spirits that shine with with essence of the mountains of Colorado. Enjoy a cocktail or dram of their spirits and celebrate a little high mountain life.
