Refund Policy
REFUND & DEFERRAL POLICY: All Entry Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, Entry Fees are not transferable to other participants, future years races, or other P2B events.
TRANSFER POLICY: Teams registered for a P2B Race may switch to a different Team Type of equal or lesser value for the same Race (in same year) if done 30 days before the start of the Race. There will be NO refund for the difference in the Entry Fee.
RACE CANCELLATION POLICY: The Race Director reserves the right to modify or cancel the race or course for safety or health concerns, natural disasters, etc. In such cases there will be NO refunds, deferrals, or transfers of race Entry Fees. Each Team must accept any such risk of their Entry Fee paid. Entry Fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, starting well in advance of race day. Decisions made that impact the race date or cancellation are carefully considered and based on overall event safety, sustainability and manageability.
