TEAM PACE REQUIREMENT:

Team Pace will need to be between 5:00-11:00 min/mile

 

TEAM EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS (PROVIDED BY TEAMS):

  • 1 Support Vehicle: Must meet requirements outlined on website
  • Safety Equipment (Reflective Vests, Headlamps/Flashlights, Flashing Taillight)
    • USE DURING NIGHT HOURS: 5PM - 8AM
  • All participants are required to agree and sign a Participants Waiver prior to completing registration

 

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

Minimum allowed participant age is 16 years of age by race day. Anyone under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult over 21 and have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver and registration.

 

TEAM VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:

NO VOLUNTEER FEES...NO HIDDEN FEES.  Instead let us PAY you for providing Volunteers...that's right P2B will give Teams who provide race weekend Volunteers a discount into the following years Registration (this discount will be in addition to your VIP Discount you receive as a REPEAT Team):

  • The Team Volunteer Incentive will be a $50 Volunteer Discount (with a Max Cap = $50)
  • Volunteers will need to be registered under the Team on Run Signup by the Volunteer Registration Deadline
  • The Discount Code will be issued to the Team Captain after the race and Volunteer Supporting
