Refund Policy
REFUNDS: Encinitas Half Marathon & 5K does not offer registration refunds. At the time of registration, every participant signed that they understood and agreed to the strict No Refund Policy. The Click Wrap Agreement that you signed is legally binding. Please know that we are still responsible for the 2020 race costs and overhead associated with this event (permits, race shirts, medals, traffic control plans, insurance, staff, event planning for 12 months, etc), despite the State & County Health Agencies banning events over 50 people.
