If you know me, you know I love a good workout that includes stairs, usually at Harvard Stadium, a habit that goes all the way back to my UMass rowing days. This year, I’m putting that same energy toward something bigger by taking part in the BFit Challenge, an annual event supporting Massachusetts first responders and their families through the Massachusetts Fallen Heroes organization.

Funds raised help provide financial assistance, mental health support, and community programs for EMTs and Paramedics. Every step counts, literally, and every donation goes directly toward helping those who serve our communities.
