Toby continues to provide honest evaluations and creative solutions to assist business owners, commercial managers and institutional investors in making the best decisions related to commercial assets. Over his career, Toby has completed over 1,000 commercial transactions, totaling over 8 M square feet and over $325 M in consideration. Toby became a shareholder in the Lee & Associates – Riverside office in 2014.
