A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Alaska Zoo.
Due to insurance requirements, dogs are not allowed at this event, and we ask that you leave them at home. Due to anticipated snow on the course strollers are discouraged but if you decide to participate with a stroller we ask that you start in the back.
The Anchorage Running Club is partnering with the Alaska Zoo for this race. A portion of the race fee proceeds, as well as all online donations will be donated to the Alaska Zoo.
The course start and finish line is on the trail and accessible via the Peanut Farm overflow parking lot to the south of the former Sourdough Mining Company.
