The 13th Anniversary of the Flagstaff Marathon, "The Coolest Marathon in Arizona".
Hosted by Arizona Nordic Village to benefit the Angel Fund at North Country HealthCare.
The Flagstaff Marathon is a completely off-road course in the Coconino National Forest. It is known as one of the most challenging courses in the country.
Events: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and Kids Kilo
8,650 Feet in Elevation, 1,862 Feet of climbing for the Half Marathon, Single and double track

When: Friday September 14th from 3:30pm to 6:30pm and day of the race (allow at least 30 min before your race)
Where: Kickstand Kafe, 719 N. Humphreys, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 - 928-779-5393
100% trail, sIngle and double track through the Ponderosa and Aspen trees.
Marathon: 12:45 @ 19 miles. Race ends at 2:30PM (6hr30min). This is a tough marathon because of the hills, the terrain and the elevation, these times will be striclty enforced.
The 6 hour, 30 minute time limit means race officials will stop the race at a 15:00 per mile pace. Participants still on the course at this time will be required to get back to the finish line. Participants who cross the finish line after 6:30:00 are not guaranteed to be recognized as Official Finishers and are not guaranteed a medal or finishing time.
