Half marathon

The half marathon course is designed to take athletes on a dynamic, scenic journey. Athletes begin by heading west on Big Dry Creek Trail toward Standley Lake Regional Park. Approximately 2.4 miles into the race, they will transition onto a 4-mile stretch of the park's gravel trail and road system, which boasts stunning views, including a scenic north/south dogleg near the dam. Upon exiting the park, runners will proceed west to the south trailhead where the turnaround point is located. On the return leg, athletes will retrace their path, bypassing the dogleg, and head straight back on Big Dry Creek Trail toward the finish line. The route is well-supported with eight aid station stops for refueling and four toilet stops along the way.
